SPORTS ATHLETIC MEET (PRIMARY SECTION)

Sport pertains to any form of physical activity or game, often competitive and organized that aims to use, maintain, or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants and, in some cases, entertainment to spectators. On 5TH January 2024, Carmel Convent High Schoolorganized its Annual Sports Athletic meet for Primary section. The event took place in the spacious playground of the school.The non-participants sat on the playground to cheer their house and enjoy the day. Students of classes I to IV participated in the sports day.The enthusiasm was palpable as the athletes geared up for a day of intense competition. The sports day featured a diverse range of events. The final events for STD I were 50 mtrs running race, Potato race and Ring race. Events for STD II were 60 mtrs running race, Potato race and Ring race.Events for STD III were 80 mtrs running race and Sack race.Events for STD IV were 100 mtrs running race and Sackrace. The track events captivated spectators with their display of speed, agility, and strength. The four houses of the school cheered for their respective members. First three winners of each event will be given certificates. The sports day was a resounding success, igniting passion and inspiring the students to pursue their sporting dreams. It showcased the incredible talent, discipline, and sportsmanship of the participants. The sports day will be remembered as a memorable occasion that celebrated athletic excellence. At the end, ourSports Sir thanked everyone for their presence and support, and congratulated the students for their exceptional performances.
