The English Elocution Competition of class III and IV was held on 18th January,2019 in our school hall. The semi-final round of English Elocution Competition was conducted on 7th January,2019. Eighteen students were selected from all sections of class III and IV. The selection was based mainly on four criteria that is content, pronunciation, confidence and over all presentation. This competition at school level gives students a good opportunity to combat with the biggest fear factor that is stage fear. It is an attempt of the school to promote English speaking skill. The topics were global warming and importance of farmers. The speeches were exciting and judging the winners was difficult. Two judges were invited to witness the competition. Three winners were awarded first, second and third prize. The participants showed confidence, expression and talent. The program ended with vote of thanks.
